Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Bremen (UNESCO World Heritage)
After arrival, enjoy a guided tour of the historic old town, with the guildhall, a UNESCO World Heritage, the statue of Roland, the Bremen’s Town Musicians, the famous Boettcherstrasse, Schnoor and St. Petri Cathedral. Continue to your hotel in the Bremen-Bremerhaven area. Dinner and accommodation.

 

Day 2: Bremerhaven
After breakfast, get ready to discover Bremerhaven during a guided city tour. See the famous fishing harbour, the city centre with the Harbour Museum and Europe’s largest construction project “Havenwelten”, custom overseas harbour along the cruise ship terminal, the Lloyd shipyard and the impressive container and car terminal. Afternoon at leisure or visit one of the harbour museums; e.g. the German Emigrant House of Bremerhaven, displaying the history of more than 7 million people who emigrated overseas during 1830 and 1974.

 

Day 3: “Altes Land“
Guided visit of Stade and a nearby fruit farm, where you enjoy a good and solid stew before driving through the “Altes Land”, one of Europe‘s largest coherent fruit growing areas. Dinner and accommodation at your hotel.
